Взаимосвязь развития синдрома запястного канала и стенозирующего лигаментита: Обзор литературы

Аннотация

Синдром запястного канала и стенозирующий лигаментит – состояния, являющиеся патологическими для кисти и являющиеся одними из самых частых причин обращения к кистевому хирургу. Синдром запястного канала представляет собой компрессию срединного нерва связкой-удерживателем сгибателей на уровне кистевого сустава. Стенозирующий лигаментит подразумевает собой состояние, вызванное компрессией сухожилия сгибателя пальца кисти кольцевидной связкой А-1. В ходе развития кистевой хирургии и новых клинических исследований было замечено, что зачастую стенозирующий лигаментит возникает после пролеченного у пациента синдрома запястного канала, реже – наоборот. Также нередко возникали случаи одновременного развития обеих патологий.
Авторами данного обзора была сделана попытка выяснить причину такой взаимосвязи двух разных патологий кисти путем исследования имеющейся на данный момент информации, содержащей результаты генетических, гистологических,
биохимических, клинических исследований по данной теме. Был произведен поиск по базам данных Web of Science, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Google Scholar. 
Нами сделан вывод о наличии однозначной взаимосвязи синдрома запястного канала и стенозирующего лигаментита, проявляющейся в сходных факторах риска, изменении механизма движений сухожилий сгибателей кисти после релиза карпальной связки, сходных биохимических и гистологических изменений в тканях кисти при обеих патологиях, а также наличия одинаковых генетических маркеров у таких пациентов.
